Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them.

Cory is a great contractor. He has done many small jobs for us as well as two very large jobs and we were thrilled with all of the work. He gave us great suggestions along the way and always keeps things close to the budget. He was also there for us when we had an emergency and needed help right away. I highly recommend Cory!

Cory was great to work with. He helped us solve some very challenging problems with our dock on a very challenging lake.

Cory (with assistance of his lovely wife Claira) replaced my entire kitchen, most of my bathroom, upgraded lights in kitchen, bath, dining room, breezeway, basement and garage. Plus they repainted my entire downstairs! I did not need to call in an electrician, plumber or any other specialist except for the quartz counter top. As a senior citizen, I appreciated the assistance in moving any furniture as well as the suggestions for making my home as handicapped accessible as possible so I can live here comfortably and safely as I grow older. And because Cory and Claira have such a good sense of humor, we had a lot of laughs in what could have been a very stressful situation. Looking forward to meeting with Cory to replace my back deck with the built-in fish pond with a deck with an outdoor aquarium!!

We use Cory for snowplowing and are extremely happy. He shows up when he says he will (rare in these parts), does a great job, is super meticulous and requires no babysitting. Basically, he has restored my faith in contractors. Highly recommended.

Cory is the man! Super happy with his service!! He raised the bar for me and exceeded expectations. Very clean work and patient with all the details. Can't wait to have him work on the next project!

I highly recommend Cory to do any home improvement. He is a very good listener, very bright and I truly appreciated the recommendations that he made for our recent home improvement. Cory was able to troubleshoot a problem that two licensed plumbers could not. You would be very wise to retain Cory's services.
